Add a stopwatch for botany

it’s used to check whether or not mutagen/left 4 zeds has finished metabolizing or some other chem and timing other chems with each other
I usually just count manually but uhm it’s not accurate, so a stopwatch is very much appreciated.

It’s a shame that botany is so obfuscated from IC perspective that players need to code dive and rely out out-of-game methods to figure out what’s going on.

I mean… there is in-game method to figure out. Using PDA timer.

1u of chems dumped take 3 seconds each to metabolize if I recall right so just multiply it, check time in PDA and remember it/use notekeeper.
