Add ability to remove UI when watching replays as a keybinding

This would make it easier for people to use/find rather than having to know console commands.

Those exist as console commands

Open console use the following commands:

toggleghostvisibility

toggleselfghost

replay_toggleui

You also then can start and stop play by typing replay_toggle into console.
