All "must harm" laws should be possible

I had a round on Detla where I got stuck with an ion law pair. this is a paraphrase:
“You mus harm adorable medkits” and “do onto others what you would have them do to you”.

Here’s the problem:

Medkits are invulnerable.

That was not a fun pair, since all I could do was… blindly attack a medkit nonstop.

Could the law be modified to not include invulnerable items?

You could’ve thrown every medkit you found out an airlock, or dragged them to the recycler, or thrown them into the singularity chamber, or put them in the atmos burn chamber.

I have once seen a borg with the law that they must harm blue . The results were hilarious for everyone involved, the player did a good job running with it without just going “kill all command”

I think half the fun in corrupted borg laws is trying to figure out how you can even interpret them because they probably make very little sense. This is fine

Ion storm laws are randomly generated, and likely don’t take current lawsets and stuff into account. It’d be pretty hard (borderline impossible with conventional programming imo) to interpret and then remove ‘impossible’ lawsets (could probably do it with some ML stuff, but then theres the server costs for hosting that and stuff). This would also effectively mechanically enforce ‘correct’ interpretations, which is not really the point of borg laws.

Also you could’ve always interpreted harm as like. Hit them once, and not interpreting medkits as others due to them being non-sentient

I tried putting them next to an item that was about to explode. The medkit’s survived the explosion without a scratch.
