Events leading to the ban

I was playing with my mate we are both on the same connection we were playing on wizard den and my mate and he just said the n word they banned him and for some reason it banned me. I even know I didn’t say it.

Reason the ban should be removed

I’d be very grateful if I get my ban removed or banned for five days
