Events leading to the ban

I have been on this server once or twice before I think, I am new to this game.

Reason the ban should be removed

I am unsure what this means, I have been on this server once before I think. I am pretty new to this game, and my ban reason is alt of c1charge, but I am logged in as c1charge (This is also my only account.) I sometimes forget to turn off my VPN when I try to join a server but I am not sure if that is what could have caused this. Any help would be appreciated, as I don’t know how my main account can also be my alt account.

It may be worth saying as well, (as it may have been this server) I tried to show my brother this game (who’s username is c2charge) and we were talking IRL while I was showing him the controls. A admin messaged me saying I couldn’t do that, and I did talk back some about how it is silly I couldn’t talk to my brother sharing the same room as me and so we left. He doesn’t even like the game so that was a waste, but maybe that is where this is coming from?
