Investigation shows Glish lied about their qualifications and has no verifiable work history. However, during their trial period they have shown great aptitude and enthusiasm for learning on the job. This employee is compliant with frequent department changes, as well as relocations. They also seem to integrate smoothly into these new teams.
Records indicate the occasional bending and/or breaking of accepted SOPs and space law, but a clear understanding of when and where they do. These records also show that the vast majority of these… instances have continently protected Nanotransen interests, and were executed without instruction. Plausible deniability is a valuable asset within the company. Furthermore, Glish has expressed repulsion at the idea of occupying any command role in the future.
It is the opinion of this reviewer that this prospect be upgraded from temp agent to employee immediately.
