Events leading to the ban
I late joined on a normal shift that had all the chems already done. So I made a couple lube bombs just to mess around, nothing griefy like putting it infront of sec or anything important i just put it in front of the bridge (like glass not doors) to mess around with and people where messing around with it nobody really complained my intention was just to mess around with the slipperiness. I had made the china lake just because i felt like i had nothing else to do in terms of chemist so i just made it for fun because i quite enjoy making the bombs for it and I had no ill intent. I used it against the dragon when it arrived and helped to kill it and then when evac arrived i went onto evac nothing special there. Then while on evac i saw a mine, i had seen mines on the ground like 100 times and never been blown up by one so i was conditioned to the fact people just put mines down to mess around with the clicking sound it makes and walked over it. turns out it was a bomb i got blown up and so did everyone around me but thats not the issue. the issue was the bombs i had on me blowing up into a bigger explosion and then the lube bomb i still had on me also lubing the evac shuttle. I didnt intend to blow up and the admin new that but i ended up getting punished for breaking roleplay rule 3: roleplay a normal person.
Reason the ban should be removed
I think the ban is fair but i believe its my first time breaking this rule and I should be forgiven for it I love doing the typical chemist job of making chems and not being allowed to touch that department even as CMO is very crippling to how I like to play the game. I had no ill intent when I made the bombs and yeah i did break roleplay rule 3 of playing a normal person but then again i think everybody likes to be a bit silly from time to time weither its lube bomb. pies. etc. i didnt do anything an antagonist would i just didnt play my part. I promise i wont repeat the same thing of making bombs without a reason like nukies or other threats.
