From the ban reason:

[Vulture 55720] [Job Incompetence, Abuse of Authority] (Bumped to Indefinite due to frequent issues involving command/security.) Player demoted the HoP for not being in their office. Player said in ahelp that the HoP had never actually done anything wrong, nor did they get permission or approval from any other command member.

The previous issues mentioned were:

• Executions as captain instead of arresting/demoting with crew and secoff.
• Using contraband in command roles.

I will wait for you to post an update on this appeal as in its current state it would be classified as such little effort it would be closed/rejected.

To enable speedy review of all appeals, appeals that meet certain requirements may bypass the standard, often lengthy, review process.
