In the game, you have a new ghost role system called “ghost games”, where you play as a ghost role, except for a limited amount of time and if you ever get resuscitated in the real game, you will automatically be removed from the ghost game and put back into your body. I think this would decrease the amount of players immediately quitting after death, you can still have fun while you are a ghost and you will still be resuscitable.
A ghost game will work similarily to a raffle, where you have a timer and people can join. This raffle is for the entire ghost game, not just the roles in the game. The timer does not increase with each player joining the raffle and it will always start from 30 seconds, counting down.
The first game I’ve thought about: CTF
There’s a red and a blue team. On the ghost game menu, if the game has already started, you can choose one team or the other but due to team balancing, if the former team has 1 more member you will be forced to join the latter team and vice versa. If the game hasn’t started yet, people can join each team with team balancing rules still applied. When a game begins, the CTF map is spawned and everyone on the team is put into a character. When a player dies, they will respawn after 10 seconds. When the game ends, the map is deleted and all of the ghosts that were playing in the game will be put back into their old body.
CTF maps would have riveted walls and preferably reinforced floors.
The team member spawns with a jumpsuit of their team’s color, shoes of their team’s color, an armored vest, a regular security helmet, some black gloves, an acidifier implanter, a custom shop implanter and a bluespace satchel.
There will also be a new blue telecrystal-looking currency called “flag points” (shortened to just FP) which is obtainable when a player in the ghost game acidifies (5 FP per kill essentially) or when you capture the flag (20 FP). A player, by default, spawns with 25 FP.

This will allow you to make your own setups. You could build traps or use all your currency for ammunition and guns.
Some additional ideas to CTF
Team radios, where each team member spawns with a radio of their team’s color where an encryption key of their team’s color is inserted, so you would have 2 new channels, [Blue] and [Red].
Toolbelts on the uplink for 4 FP, maybe more ways to make traps like land mines, LV cables, flash and explosive payloads etc.
