Events leading to the ban

I downloaded the game off steam, launched it, created an account on the website, confirmed my e-mail, tried to launch into one of the new player servers and got “Failed to connect to server:” being denied for the stated reason

Reason the ban should be removed

My house’s network is set up with just on IP adress with the computers working through it. It would be a lot of work to rework it so would appriciate it if I can get an exemption.

Hello, to make sure since we have had prior cases of this. Are you certain you don’t have a free vpn application running your computer, or other software that could stop your connection to ss14 servers other than the vpn you are using now?
