Events leading to the ban
I requested access to the game on steam, got accepted, downloaded it, launched it, created an account on the website, confirmed my e-mail, tried to go into one of the new player servers and got “Failed to connect to server:” being denied for the stated reason
Reason the ban should be removed
Sadly my house’s network is set up with just one IP adress with the computers working through it. It wouldn’t be able to rework it so would appriciate it if I can get an exemption.
