Length of ban: Until appealed
Events leading to the ban: I was banned a long time ago, before the Science update, back when they had a Chem Dispenser, no Anomalies, Artifact or Robotics stuff to do. I was banned when I, as Scientist and Non-Antag, Chem bombed the shuttle before it arrived at Centcom, because at the time I thought the round was considered over once Evac leaves the station. I don’t remember if the chem was lethal or not, but I received a warning from an admin at the time to not do it again and was banned for I believe a week or so. I played a bit after that but left the game for a while. I came back recently and noticed that I have been perma banned from Chemistry and Science roles now.
Reason the ban should be removed: it’s been a long time since the incident, when I got the warning from the Admin I apologized, promised to not do it again and learned my lesson to not do any “antag” stuff if I don’t get an antag role and especially to not do anything with the Evac Shuttle before it arrives as Centcom, as the round is not over. I got to play a bit of Science recently and really enjoyed the new stuff, so I wish I could join the department again. I would also like to join Chem to learn more about all the medicines, as I really enjoy playing as Medical Officer or Paramedic and maybe get the CMO role later on.
This has been put to an admin discussion and vote of which we have come to the consensus to remove the ban.
