Events leading to the ban: The exact ingame details are lost due to an act taking place several months prior.
The major issue is that I spelled really nasty wording in public chat, offending fellow gamers in a process and violating both rules of common sense and server’s, leading to a fair ban from administration.
Reason the ban should be removed: I’ve read terms and rules a few dozen times, played different servers and mods, got used to locals and frequent updates, got to love this game.
I got knowledgeable of mechanics and community and now I regret about my behavior back then because I don’t want to be left behind everyone, don’t want to be clipped from the community like an unnecessary part of it.
The issue is, community doesn’t need the person who behaves destructive to it, so the only way for me is to change. That’s what I lean towards now, that’s why I am asking for a second chance in a community’s and this game’s lifes.
I am sorry about what I caused and swear not to repeat this or any other violations.
I am terribly sorry for the extreme delay in processing this appeal. Due to the extreme nature of the slurs and speech used in chat using logs, as well as the fact this occurred during your first few shifts playing the game, I have decided to deny your ban appeal. There was input from a few admins on the matter and we believe it may be better to attempt playing on other servers first if at all possible
To enable speedy review of all appeals, appeals that meet certain requirements may bypass the standard, often lengthy, review process. Our banning policy requires appeals which are denied using the speedy review process have this notice placed on them. Any of the following criteria typically make an appeal eligible for the speedy review process:
the ban is temporary and the player indicated on the appeal that they are ok with it being processed without a vote,
the ban length is less than or equal to 14 days,
the appeal is older than 7 days, or
the result of the appeal is obvious.
You may make a staff complaint if you believe this appeal was handled improperly, but should be aware that this will typically only result in a review of the processing of the appeal itself, with the appeal being re-opened if an issue is found. An appeal is considered to have been processed improperly if the criteria to use the speedy review process was not met, or if the facts which the processing admin relied on to process the appeal were incorrect. You must concisely describe why you believe the appeal was handled improperly. If no issue is found with the processing of the appeal, the appeal itself will not be re-reviewed. If, in bad faith, you claim that an appeal was handled improperly, the reviewing head admin may decide to extend the time you must wait before you appeal and/or extend your ban duration.
