Make the doors behind the exhibits open just for the zoo keeper. Im tired of animals getting out cause they are open to the public. Also replace the adders with snakes. They always get released cause they instantly attack everyone when released. In fact just make all the all the exhibits reenforced glass.
IIRC Zookeeper currently doesn’t have their own access, it’s just Service.

I mean… the animals defiantly need ti be toned down a bit too. I have not seen a single shift on that map without a ton of animal courses an everywhere and a people dying of poison. A random clown or tider wondering what’s behind a locked door in maints never ends well…
The zoo windows should be reinforced (if not already) and be protected with electrified grills because i don’t see another way of keeping the shitters away of the damn animals at this point.
