Polisho - Sexual Content

Ban reason: “Sexual content. Made an article: “ERP in HOS’s office???: HOS spotted red handed performing erotic roleplay with another feline beign?!?!””

Lenght of ban: 1 week

Events leading to the ban: I’ve just recently started playing ss13 and a week after got introduced to ss14 actively playing on the official servers since then. Throughtout the week leading to my first ban. I’ve used the word “kinky” in an accusatory manner when stripped naked or gagged by sec offs. Yesterday I’ve set off to start a shift as a reporter and decided to write two articles for shock value so I could get those clicks in. Wrote not one but two inappopriate articles ,Squirting Artifacts" (just the name) and the one that got me banned beign full on sexual content.

Reason the ban should be removed: It’s a complete mishap on my part considering I’ve completly ignored the rules and went straight into gaming on LRP servers with the excitement of learning a new game completly missing the “zero-tolerance” rule on sexual themes. I have a history of 2 warns, saying the R-word and accidentally powergaming as HOS with galoshes and I haven’t shown any repetetive behaviour on those occasions I believe I can on this matter aswell. I’m quite surprised I’ve got banned without warning just now considering my actions throughtout the week. I’m looking forward to have more positive interactions, make friends and especially improve on myself.

I should propably elaborate further, saw some mentioning of individual’s harm I couldn’t read it in time before getting ban hammered (the HOS i suppose) I have no means of getting in contact with that said person and apologizing since I don’t know who was HOS at that time.

This has been put to an admin discussion and vote of which we have come to the consensus to deny the appeal. The ban will run its course.

The reasons provided in the discussion for this decision were the following:

  • Within banning policy.
  • Clear rule break.

Appeal Denied - Ban to run its course.
