Ban reason: Metacomms?

Events leading to the ban: I was playing the other day with friends, and I go to log into the game earlier, and it says banned for metacomms? I dont know what metacomms is even, and don’t know how I would have done that.
Reason the ban should be removed: It wont happen again?
