Rolling antag before security issue

As it is right now any command or security member known to be online on the shift but not popping up on the manifest basically guarantees a nukie round. The metagaming arguement doesn’t work.

The best solution is to encourage people to roll security or command member, and the reason why most don’t want to is because they can’t roll antag, or because the job is highly taxing on the mind, which is fair game. But most say because they can’t roll antag.

Additionally those who put the command priority on low end up being forced being command anyways if no one else rolls antag. Therefore, rolling antag first before command makes sense.

But the biggest issue I think is the fact of antag is rolled 5 minutes into the game. An impossible thing to resolve with how role rolling works.

AFAIK traitor antag is NOT rolled five minutes into the game. The server knows who the traitors will be/are. Its just that they aren’t told, until later
