Events leading to the ban
Well, i am kinda new to the game, i’m brazilian but i do know how to speak english and i learned about SS14 with an brazilian youtuber “Cazum8”, Well i made this account like 5 or 6 days ago and also when i got banned that was like my forth run or something like that, i was still learning how the game works and etc, well, it all started when i joined the game as an Chaplain, I started seeing what was in my inventory, then i left my spawn and startert searching for the church, i entered the library and saw an sloth so i Crtl+Left Clicked her and started bringing her with me to search for the church, When i did that a person saw me with the sloth and said i was kidnapping the Sloth, i said i wasnt but he called the security on me, i tried running but he started punching me so i could not run, then i got an emergency crowbar from my inventory to try to protect myself but i ended up almost killing the sloth and hurting the guy, ended up the guy was an lawyer and security found me and him fighting, i tried running from security but they got me and they taked me to the police department, They asked what happened and i explained but they did not cared for what i said and the lawyer said i tried killing him and the sloth and also runned from the lawyer when he tryed to citizens arrest me, so they asked the lawyer for how long i should be arrest for and the lawyer said 30 minutes, then i got mad and said “FUCK YOU ALL” and quitted the game because i did not want to stay 30 minutes just waiting to play this game.

Hello, I have talked with the banning admin and it appears that the main reason you were banned was the use of n-word. This falls under our no hate speech rule which is no tolerance and will result in an immediate indefinite ban.
Due to you being a brand new account at the time, as well as everything else that was happening in the round it was assumed that you were a raider. A raider is a player on an alt account who joins the server with the sole purpose of griefing, or otherwise purposely violating our rules to the detriment of other players.
Could you provide information on why you used a slur? Would you like to add anything to your appeal?
Well i know the N word is something offensive for americans but i’m sorry, as i said im an new player and i was very mad because i was getting arrested for taking the sloth with me, also i was mad because the lawyer guy was saying “fuck you, mate im gonna get you arrested for the rest of your life” " You’re gonna need an good lawyer after that pal" and he was laughing at me getting arrested, i know it is RP but i was very mad and also im not even american so i dont see how the N word is hate speech, ALSO none of the character involved in the roleplay were black so i STILL dont see where it is hate speech
Hello, after review of your appeal we have decided to deny it.
The behavior you exhibited is unacceptable on our servers. To claim that you had no idea that what you are saying was a racial slur is a tall claim. We additionally received information from another SS14 server that shows you engaging in similar, if not worse behavior on their end. As such we have determined that your claim that you did not know that what you were doing was offensive is likely a lie.
For these reasons, the admin team has decided to upgrade this ban to a voucher ban. You may appeal your ban, but only at least 6 months from now, and only with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13/SS14 server.
A voucher of good behavior should be obtained from a well-known or decently active SS13/SS14 server. If it is a mainstream server, we recommend using that server’s admin-help to ask for a voucher from one of the administrators explaining that you are trying to appeal a ban on SS14’s Wizard’s Den and want to show you have been a problem-free player during your playtime on the server. A voucher should be indicative of at least a few months of play.
