Events leading to the ban

Meteors struck the station early, mostly impacting engineering’s singularity generator just before it was able to get fully set up. When we went to go and do so after many shenanigans with antags, we found the particle accelerator to be glitched out. Admins came in to help, but it was still fucked. We went with it praising the gods and letting them cook their best, and when that sadly failed, captain called for Evac.

Admins decided to do an admeme at the end of round by trapping the population inside a field containment box at centcon. But, they failed to set up the box properly, and the intended field tower was off by one tile. All the emitters were not turned on as well. When I went to fix the issue for funnies, admins pushed us all back by force. I admin messaged them with “Admins you idiots, you missed the placement; you were off by one tile.”

I went back to correct the issue, and speak further in chat as I did so, but the admin involved decided to end the round early. I guess by then the admin checked the admin messages and didn’t like how I responded up to that point.

Reason the ban should be removed

I didn’t even get a chance to finish my thought, let alone get a single response outside of a flat unknown time ban.

I wasn’t trying to be mean or rude, nor was i frustrated at the failure of the event or involved staff. I understand things happen. What I don’t understand about the interaction was the lack of communication. If this was a mistake than that’s fine, otherwise whats up? I understand the admin may have been disappointed or angry about it failing, but taking it out on someone who didn’t even get a chance to finish speaking isn’t the way to go.

Due to your attempt to evade your ban, you are banned indefinitely. You may appeal your ban, but only at least 6 months after your last ban evasion attempt, and only with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13/SS14 server.

A voucher of good behavior should be obtained from a well-known or decently active SS13/SS14 server. If it is a mainstream server, we recommend using that server’s admin-help to ask for a voucher from one of the administrators explaining that you are trying to appeal a ban on SS14’s Wizard’s Den and want to show you have been a problem-free player during your playtime on the server. A voucher should be indicative of at least a few months of play. If the voucher is not from a mainstream server, let us know and we will figure out a way to verify it.
