Events leading to the ban
It has been a while since i was banned but i will do my best to recount what happened. Me and a few of my friends who played this game would sit in a discord call and talk about random things while we did so, then we started to metacom (e.g. telling each other when and where we died or how we died so we could go save each other) and we eventually made a discord server called “:t” that was entirely devoted to metacommunications for ss14 which we partook in. I wasn’t online while the ban for us occurred so I’m not sure what happened for that part.
Reason the ban should be removed
This ban was 100% justified. What we were doing was unfair to other players trying to play the game, and i was entirely in the wrong for partaking in it. It is unfun for the other players, and frankly it was unfun for me to be able to share information with someone when i had absolutely no right to. That is why i decided not to try and appeal the ban when i received it, because I understood and agreed with the ban. It has been nearly a year now, and i have to say that i genuinely miss ss14 and its community, no other game has the spark of joy when i play it quite like ss14 does. I am sorry for the players i have wronged in the past and i can only hope for your mercy, for i really want to have another chance to join this community once more.
