Uncuffing through windoor

The most obvious example would be a Security Officer putting a detainee in a jail cell. Is removing someone’s handcuffs but closing a cell’s windoor before finishing the action, which does not cancel the action, considered exploiting?

Hello. After discussing with the admin team we have decided to rule that this is not an exploit. Whilst it is unintended we do not think it gives enough of an advantage to deem it an exploit nor is it a big problem that officers can safely remove an inmates cuffs without having to worry about them running out of the cell.
