VPN Whitelist Access

Heya! I read on the wiki that users can request whitelist access to connect to servers with a VPN connection. I try to keep my VPN up at all times for security reasons (And paranoia) It also prevents my ISP from throttling me as often.

If this is in fact accurate, and there is a whitelist. Could i please be added? I apologize if i was misinformed or posting to the wrong section.

You can request for a vpn exemption via admin message or via a ban appeal
