I think the biggest flaw of wizards is that they have TONS of ways to complete one of their objectives (show off) but virtually no way to complete their second (survive) outside of mindswapping with someone and getting away with it. Doing the mindswap thing feels especially cheap because it is thematically opposite of what the wizard is: a very loud and high profile magic person. Out of all the wizards I’ve seen, very few ever make any attempt (or are able to) survive the round
