Add a wearable Non-Binary flag

Similar to the trans flag found on the bridge, I’d love to see the Non-binary flag too! Actually, all of the flags ^ ^

Many LGBT+ cloaks exist in the game already!
Including Non-binary cloak, they however have funny joke names on them so they are fairly easy to miss in the code.

Oh my god thank you so much!! I’m guessing I can only get this with admin commands? So not on Wizden servers

They spawn randomly in maint! They are semi rare but they can very much be found as a normal player.

i think they’re also available in the uniform printer, unless that got dropped before the PR was merged

Unless they were added in the last 2 updates; they are unfortunately not in the printer
