Detailed Summary:
Being a dick:
During the round 54833 they were being a dick to CMO. At around an hour or an hour 15 into the shift HoS (Aexxie) started being passive-aggressive and a dick to CMO. Short version is CMO was being a fill-in CE and was trying to fix Perma’s walls. CMO was getting supplies to fix it and gathering the Engineers to fix it as well. Aexxie the entire time belittled CMO’s abilities in being able to fix it and even escalated the situation to an argument in character saying that they are not even cut out to be a CMO because they aren’t in med bay and it took them a bit to get supplies and gather the engies. Note that I didn’t see anything happening in med bay during this time that would require CMO to be there and the doctors were able to handle it just fine. Aexxie wanted CMO demoted for being a stand-in CE that couldn’t fix a wall within a short time period and was not in med bay. Thankfully, captain decided against it.
You’ll have to watch that part in the replay for full context and whatever else they did. An Admin should not be escalating situations into arguments and belittling someone like that.

Hello, I am sorry to get back to you 6 months later. The previous headmin team was severely backlogged on complaints, and I am only now going through all the old complaints. This complaint should’ve been processed a long time ago. Aexxie was removed from the admin team on the 29th of June. As such we are unable to take any kind of action on Aexxie since they are no longer staff.

In the case that Aexxie attempts to rejoin the Admin team, or otherwise become a staff member of the Project again this complaint will be taken into consideration before a decision on whether to allow them to rejoin is made.

I’ll add that even if it was an in-charachter argument I believe I remember CMO getting very upset in either LOOC and/or OOC abt it. It was one of those things where yea I guess you can RP as a dick, but the belittlement on top of it was just sad to see and felt majorly overstepping his HoS role and wasn’t setting an example at all.
