I’m writing a proposal for a new antag, I’d like some feedback to make it more interesting.

Overview
The slasher is an antagonist that spawns in Maints with a mask and a knife (or other melee weapon).
Their goal is to murder the station’s crew one by one, with the exception of a randomly designated “Final Girl”.
The slasher is randomly assigned a Modus Operandi when they spawn. Examples :
- Have your victims take over 200 slashing damage.
- Carve a symbol into your victims with a doafter.
- Leave a calling card in the victim’s pocket.
- Drink 15u of the victim’s blood.
- Collect the victim’s hair.
Following their Modus Operandi fully heals and rewards the slasher with points they can spend on perks and powers inspired by slasher tropes. Examples :
- Where’d They Go ? : While no one is currently looking at the slasher, allow them to teleport to a random maints room.
- Phone lines : Radios and headsets stop working within a certain radius of the slasher.
- Unstoppable : The slasher becomes immune to slows and slips.
- Click ! : Guns fired in a radius around the slasher have a chance to jam or misfire.
- The Space Station 14 Chainsaw Massacre : Obtain a chainsaw and fuel.
- Giallo : Emit colorful lighting and a sick tune when you hit someone. Stops if no attacks have been made in 30 seconds.
This encourages the slasher to focus on one victim at a time, rather than doing something like welderbombing medbay.
The slasher deals extra melee damage, has over double the usual health and can break handcuffs instantly, the idea being that the slasher should win 1v1s consistently,
and lone victims should prioritize running away rather than fighting. The slasher should easily be able to escape any kind of captivity.
Counterplay
The slasher is an unstoppable killer who singles out lonely victims. Therefore, crewmembers should be encouraged to stick together to increase chances of survival,
and security is encouraged to form hunting parties.
Background
I think this would help give the game more variety, as well as adding great RP opportunities,
as the looming threat of a serial killer will bring chaos and horror to the station.
Inspirations
A range of classic horror movies, like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974), Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), Deep Red (1975) and Scream (1996).
