I can’t find any account with the name Aosys. Did you give us the correct account name?

I’m not seeing an account for Aosys_ either. May I suggest you pull the name from the game launcher?
I checked and on the game launcher it is Aosys_ but I did change my username on the website to Apsys, if they are linked then maybe it has changed in your system to Apsys or Apsys_, sorry for any trouble.
