At the start of the game, it did not indicate that I was a syndies contractor and I don't see the ringtone to change and open my uplink

I entered the shift about 10 minutes late, I entered as a passenger and I never got the message that I was a syndie contractor.

Some sounds do not play randomly… basically like we have hallucinations, we seem to have deafness too for some things, though latter is bug I reckon.

If you latejoin you either instantly are syndie or never/till sleeper event.

This is what it looks like when the traitor activation code stops partway through, no antag briefing, missing uplink and cideword text on the character screen, no uplink in the pda. Can you tell me some/all of
round id, map name, character name or account name so I can look into this?

Yeah, it appears that you are the next unwitting “winner” of the bug where traitor activation fails because the mob has no PDA.

You joined about 38 seconds into the round, and as thus were eligible to roll Traitor when the activations started. At 5:19 in the replay I hear WEWLAD and at that exact moment you were changing clothes and your PDA was lying on the ground

I already have a Pull Request up that will fix this (although you would have still lost 2 TC, being force-sold an Uplink Implant)
