Description
Whilst i was handcuffed as a clown, pressing the backpack icon with the clown backpack equipped would still create a honk sound, but wouldn’t open the inventory UI meaning you can spam it infinitely fast to create a honking matrix.
Reproduction
Have the clown backpack equipped in your backpack slot, handcuff yourself or have someone else handcuff you, click the little inventory icon that is found in the corner of your equipped backpack, and voila honking matrix.

Additional context
An interesting detail I discovered is that no matter your condition, as long as your UI is still visible and interactable, you can still honk. Also this bug may be re-creatable with other features that restrict your hands.
