Cannot bind keys F13 - F24 and other uncommon keys

As the title says, when trying to bind keys in ss14, the game will not recognize keybinds such as the function keys above 12.

While most keyboards don’t have a second layer of function keys, F13 through 24 can still be used as keys for extra mouse buttons, or certain accessibility tools

Do F13-F24 work if you bind them in the keybinds.yml file?
