title says it all, i cant play the game because it downloads not even in kilobytes, and the amount of files i need to download is extreme. 
Yeah, this is a weird bug in the launcher that we can’t figure out why it happens, since it happens on very specific setups.
My best recommendation for now is to use a VPN to complete the download at least.
