Not the pressure resistant exoskeletons of arachnids, nor the wings of moths. Iris is interested in how people act. The fact that humans reached Luna with less electronics than are in a passenger’s PDA is what truly fascinates her, that drive and ambition that drove us across the cosmos.
So… an open position for bartender on one of Nanotrasen’s famous space stations? That sounded like a golden opportunity to people-watch. The unlimited alcohol was a nice perk too.
