Did the cybersun pen used to function differently?

The wiki page for the Syndicate says that “the Cybersun Pen… can be used as a reusable epipen”

Did this EVER used to be a thing? If it was why was it changed. That seems dope as hell. Auto recharging medi pen!

dont know but I do know the hypopen exists.

I thought the same thing, but it specifies the medipen (the one with epi and tran acid)

It specifies epipen. That page is also a stub, so it’s likely out of date. Chances are the Cybersun pen used to have the functionality but got nerfed then likely split the function from what Cybersun pens do now (screwdrivers, weapon, document forgery).

I know that’s probably a reason but if it was a self recharging EpiPen that would be SO COOL! like salvagers can find them and that would be SUPER useful. I’m sad they don’t exist like that anymore if they ever did

Honestly, I’d like to have some kind of way to refill the medipens at all or at least exchange them for new ones.
