Either Headrev component doesn't check for deletion or make distinction for cryosleep

Description

During a round of revs, 1 Headrev was SSD, 1 was in Cryosleep, and the last one died. Upon deleting (not killing) the SSD headrev, the round did not end. Deleting the Headrev in Cryosleep did not fix it either. I had to spawn in and kill a Headrev Urist to fix it. This may not seem to be a problem in a regular round, but it may cause issues if the headrev gets deleted by the rod and the game doesn’t pickup that the headrev is gone.

cryo doesnt delete, it moves them to nullspace
