My computer restarted and defaulted to my internet connection to my VPN.
Reason the ban should be removed
I wasn’t aware I had my VPN enabled, and I didn’t know using a VPN was a bannable offense. I have added SS14 to my exclusion list on my VPN and I’d like access to the server again. Thank you, and apologies for the trouble.

Datacenter bans aren’t applied to specific accounts, they’re applied to IPs used by things like virtual private networks (VPNs). If you are using a VPN, disabling it should allow you to connect to Wizard’s Den servers. If you are not using a VPN or something similar, but still cannot connect, please do any of the following:
