Events leading to the ban
I was playing as the clown and just clowning around at first. I saw a security officer in the bar who was SSD — they had already been fully stripped except for their clothes and PDA. I thought it was harmless, so I picked up the PDA.
A bit later, a security officer saw me holding it and started chasing me. I ran and eventually lost them. I ended up near cargo, where a cargo tech gave me a spear as a joke.
Later on, security found me again near cargo, so I ran into maintenance. It was dark, and when they managed to stun me briefly, I panicked and threw the spear to get rid of it — I didn’t want to be caught holding it. I didn’t realize there was a fuel tank nearby, and the spear accidentally hit it, causing an explosion.
An admin messaged me afterward and explained what I did wrong. I got a 2-day ban.
Reason the ban should be removed
I was just clowning around and didn’t intend to cause serious trouble. I took the PDA from an SSD officer who was already stripped, and later accidentally caused an explosion by throwing a spear in maintenance without realizing there was a fuel tank nearby. I wasn’t trying to grief or self-antag, just made some bad calls during gameplay.
I’m asking for the ban to be reduced since it wasn’t intentional griefing, but I understand if the ban stands. Thanks for considering.
