Game currently does not check if the current version of OpenGL is compatible with your current drivers

Description

Many of the new network predicting changes in the past two days causes some kind of incompatibility or issue on some computers, causing immense stutter, crashes, and bringing the entire computer to a crawl while in any server, making the game as a whole unplayable

I don’t think this can be reproduced easily, sadly

Hold on a sec, I think I already found the issue…

OpenGL just updated, it seems that the game is not properly checking if you current graphics card drivers are compatible with the current version of OpenGL!

Therefore this will be changed to a different bug report to address that issue instead!
