Take a screenshot, it will make your problem easier to fix if we can see the screen properly.
You can press the print screen key on your keyboard and then paste it into a reply to the forum post.

May I ask for your computer specs? This is usually an indication that your computer is weak and does not have enough VRAM (Video ram)
Please try closing applications that are not needed when you are playing the game, especially anything using the GPU. If that does not help, try enabling compatibility mode on the launcher.
