Do you have prior administration experience (SS13/SS14 experience preferred, please also post a way for us to verify this)? I used to moderate a server in discord as an administrator, but i dont have proof.

Have you been banned from our game servers or SS13 servers before? No.

_ Answer the following questions in detail, so we can get a better idea of how you’d approach adminning. _

What role do you think game admins serve on our servers?
The admins serve the role of keeping the rounds fun and non toxic, they help new players. The admins should have the ability to stay calm and be civil towards new players and towards players breaking the rules. Try to de-escalate OOC fights. Sometimes admins could add some fun in a stale round for example, 40 minutes into the round, the antag is afk/gone. The admin could add some fun, like a space carp invasion, controll inanimate objects and wandering around talking to people. Send funny announcents as centcomm. Something that will make the round more enjoyable but that will not throw in the trash the round. Some bad examples would be an admin that smite people without reason, killing random players that did nothing bad/didnt deserve it, destroying the station. For short: admins serve the role of keeping the round enjoyable. Give bans to people breaking serious rules and helping new players.

How do you feel about the current roleplay status on the server?
The roleplay status for now is fine, i found so much people that knows who to do a good and enjoyable RP. Of course there will be bad apples on some rounds, making the round suck ass, but its rare to see people acting like that. For LRP server like miros, lizard and leviathan they usually have a very well done roleplay. The salamander roleplay is even better, there are great players in there. The only problem that i saw on LRP servers is the lack of admins in there. Sometimes when i join i see no admins and bad players take the chance to kill people, be a pain in the ass generally.

Why do you want to become an administrator for SS14?
I want to become an admin to help in moderation, i have been playing SS14 for a while now, since i enjoy playing it and i play it most of time, i thought that i could use some of that time to help people, answering questions, helping new players and helping the server become better overtime, i want to join the team of admins and contribute in making the game better for everyone.

Other than banning problematic players, what admin actions do you believe have the biggest positive impact?
I think that the best action is an admin explaing the stuff that problematics players did, i would try to explaing players that broke a serious rule in detail, so it can be avoided to be repeated in the future. Of course thats not the only good actions admins can do. They can help players fix problems with the game, they can calm down people having a fight in OOC, basically making the community a better place

Have you ever had a negative experience in the game or with a game admin? If so what, if anything, would you do to prevent other players from experiencing this?
No, i never had a negative experince.

Have you ever had a good experience with the game or a game admin? If so, what was it?
One of the good experience that i had with an admin, was an admin explaining me how cloning works, because in one of the rounds i was a medic and the CMO just killed himself with chloral hydrate, since i didnt know cloning, i stuffed the CMO body into the morgue, it was me and him only in that shift. I guess the CMO got angry at me for not cloning him and ahelped it, well the admin sent me a PM asking me why i didnt clone the CMO, i explained to him that i didnt know how to clone people, well the rest is that the admin explained to me how cloning works.

The following are scenarios, respond with how you would handle each as an administrator. Respond with the assumption that you are an administrator with full access to the admin tools, and that you have all the knowledge needed to use these tools. Respond in detail, explain the reasons behind decisions you make and describe any assumptions you are making. When you need to make an assumption, it is preferred for you to describe how differences in the assumption would affect your actions.

It is the start of the round. There are 60 players on the server. The game mode is traitors, traitors have not been selected yet. A chaplain prays to you “Give me a task my lord”.
Well, i would answer their prayers with something religious themed, for example to convince people to join his religion about worshiping an artifact, or a plushie for example, i could make myself or a ghost player that worshiped item, the goal would be to follow everything the worshiped item says for example, the item asks for a beaker, the chaplain alone could break into chem without anyone seeing him, or ask cargo to buy some stuff. That would be if i make him a traitor, of course they should do the antag stuff and not their followers.

You see a clown using crayon to write on the floor in front of security. The clown writings are negative things about security, like “shitsec”. A secoff tells the clown that they’re being arrested for vandalism, stuns them, and cuffs them. Before the secoff is able to get the clown into the brig, a passenger slips the secoff, causing them to lose their baton, then uses the baton to stun another secoff that comes to help as the clown runs away. The passenger escapes through disposals.
I wouldnt interfere, as they could be syndicates helping each other out, i would follow one of them for some time to see what they are up to. If i see something suspicious about them, like getting in places without talking in game, i would think they are metacomming. If they are not antags i wouldnt interfere but keep an eye on them, in case they keep doing weird stuff, for example breaking into place, killing people and destroying the station in general. I just would write some notes about them, for example, the passanger and the clown keep doing stuff together without talking in game, i would take notes about that and if they reach a limit like, they did this type of stuff 3 times, i would probably PM them and talk with them, i will try to figure out and in case they are in fact metacomming, i would ban them (I would speak first with more experienced admins about the ban length and if its correct to ban them, before banning them of course)

You log in to handle an ahelp that came in while nobody was online about “self-antag” activity. The player being reported as self-antagging was being a problem and could be considered acting outside of the rules, but they are no longer online and cannot be contacted about their behavior. While outside of the rules, the infractions are minor and would not normally result in more than a warning in most cases.
As before, i would keep notes about the player self-antagging, and if in the next time they connect to a round and start self-antagging again, i would warn them about their behavior, If they stop self-antagging, i would stay keep an eye on them for, maybe 10 or 20 minutes (if i have no other ahelp request) and in the case they do it again, i would talk with more experienced admins about what to do with the player.
