Literally the most minor, nitpicky bit of feedback, but since “Bacchus” is a singular noun, the name should be Bacchus’s Blessing. Thank you

Quirk’s book[1] states that “…the zero genitive… is used with Greek names of more than one syllable which end in -s, as in: Euripides’ plays, Xerxes’ army, Socrates’ wife”. It is not merely because the noun is singular, even singular and ending in a sibilant.
I do not know if what you are proposing is considered an error as opposed to an acceptable variation, but, of course, that is precisely the nature of Quirk et al.'s research, so we may as well defer to their advice.
