When I select a hand, it highlights and displays the item on the opposite side. It is very confusing and I have no idea how it happened. No matter what I do messing with config files and reinstalling the game I cannot fix it.

Nothing has been posted about this anywhere, so I have no way of resolving this issue. It is consistent across every server I join.
That has also happened to me but with the fireaxe after using it with two hands.

No, it’s a new bug that probably emerged in recent days
I’m not sure this is the right place to put it considering this is Goobs fork and not Wizden but I could be wrong.
Yeah this is the second time I’ve seen this bug in Goob’s fork, but I have yet to hear or see it happen on Wizden’s fork. Probably best you bring this up in their discord or forum as there isn’t anything we can do until it’s actually happened in a Wizden server.
They’re right, that’s why I didn’t make a topic here before about this because I suspected that it was only part of the Goob’s fork
