Francis is a depressed, slightly alcoholic lizard who tries to make as many friends as possible. He is mortified by the syndicate and tries to be as kind to people as possible. Francis is on the station as it is the only place he could find work, and also allows for different kinds of work than anywhere else he could find. He usually isn’t the first to get violent, but if it is unjust, he is quick to act.
