Habib Hasak is a planet grown manual laborer who eases his workdays by doing favors for neighboring departments, such as bringing a six pack to science so they think about you when picking their research, or slip over a cleanade to the barman so he wont get thrown out later on.
He’s blunt but nice, eager but helpless, and finds a way to make any job harder than it needs to be.
