Events leading to the ban
Ban reason is too long so putting here: Banned from CargoTechnician, SalvageSpecialist, Quartermaster permanently
- Co-operating with known antags and Unreasonable failure as command to
follow spacelaw: In round #86379 as QM, was aware of a salvage member
having a holo-para inside of them.
Wilingly armed up salvage while aware of the holo and proceeded to advocate
for that holo to not be killed because they worked for them.
During this round i was playing the QM, Melvyn Gutterswipe, this round i was going to be focusing on salvage as a money making method instead of bounties which turned out to be a far better method for spesos production. With this i intended to hire more salvagers to be able to mine more which led to logan ward the chemist being hired which at the time i purchased two shotgun crates for salvage i was unaware they were a syndicate agent, only finding this out later via radio chatter. The reason for the two shotguns crates was due to me having salvage be on the vgroid for most of the round mining with them complaining to me about goliaths, hence why i bought them weapons. Later on in the round the hired salvager is found to have a holoparasite and a gun which i assume they used to kill someone and i advocate to the captain for logan, not the holoparasite, to be kept alive due to him doing his job in salvage well.
For reference salvage that round made close to 400000+ spesos alone with about 250000 of that being made in the first haul and time inwhich i bought salvage the two shotgun crates.
Reason the ban should be removed
It was never my intention to help a syndicate agent, i simply gave salvage gear to be able to do their job far easier as well as that they did do their job extremely well to which i rewarded.
If the ban is still believed to be fit, i would like to argue for a reduction of not including cargo technician or salvage specialist due to both not being a command role and shouldn’t be affected by a rule that primarily affects command roles.
