When I try to go to any server in favorites, the game simply does not start. And when I try to go to another server that is not in favorites, this error appears.
I have reinstalled the game several times and removed server content/engines.
I used VPN and other programs for this, but nothing helps. This problem appears when trying to enter any server.
P.S. I wrote this message on GitHub before, I was sent here or to discord, but the maintainers don’t respond to me in discord, so I’m writing here. I followed all the steps related to the logs.
Are you administrator on the session you’re trying to play the game from ? Maybe like your game can’t write to your disk because it doesn’t have the permissions.
I would first like to tell you this error is usually common sign of some kind of failure with your hard disk or memory. I will advice you research how to test these hardware parts to ensure they are still safe to use and would encourage backups of any important data.
Do note this may happen again in the future if this is the case.
To fix this for now:
Close the launcher
Press win + r and type %localappdata%\Space Station 14\launcher (if you require help on macos or Linux tell us to get the right folder)
May I ask where? Perhaps can you link your messages? You should have been told GitHub is not the place for such reports and we should be responding from discord so long as you sent it in the right channel.
I already understood it. Its just that my friends advised me to write there, but then my topic was closed and they wrote that I should write a private message to any of the maintainers.
