I gave my laptop to my friend and he got me permanently banned

I was going on a trip and I gave the responsibility of keeping the house and dogs safe and next thing I know I’m permanently banned from wizards den lizard because I was escalating the crew members and killing animals as HOS

please unban me I did nothing wrong
