Events leading to the ban

I am a very new player, I’ve been playing on Lizard for less than a week. I am not involved in a raid. The ban message is quite confusing to me, because I don’t think I ever caused any trouble, but I suspect it may be due to IP change? Today I booted the game in a different location. Is this a possible reason for my ban? Or was my account compromised? What should I do?

I am not and never was involved in a raid. I play on Lizard and so far never encountered any issues.

So, your IP did end up cycling it looks like to an IP of a raider. Are you able to try connecting again? If it still comes up with the same IP ban, we can create an exemption.
