Events leading to the ban
I was CHEF. I was trying to tell the other CHEF that that what they where doing was “efficient” and was telling them they could do it faster without a whole step. They wanted it to be picture perfect. They made me angry, I said what I said.
Reason the ban should be removed
Look, I get it, I messed up. I was frustrated because I was trying to help the other CHEF, telling them they could do it faster without all the extra steps. They wanted everything to be perfect, and it got on my nerves. I shouldn’t have said what I did, but I was just trying to point out what I thought was more efficient.
