Events leading to the ban
I been assaulted by shitsecs for no reason at all. I’ve playing muisican, detained two times and humiliated by secs. I don’t wear nothing forbbiden or made any action suspecting to be an antag, don’t do anything just moving around with the id in my pocket. In the act of abused RP
was disrespectful of course with secs for abuse of power (“/me moving his weiner”) when I was forced to dressed as a lady and detained for no reason at all, because i just wanted to play anon musician. The actions was lead for someone abused by the system, angry and disrespected. The admin banned me for core rule 4, then ERP? Insane reasons to ban someone. Where do you get that admins to make perma ban so easily and without reason at all?
ERP: There’s no EROTIC ROLEPLAY when you are acting disrespectful to someone abusing your game, and time. “/me moving the weiner” isn’t erotic roleplay, neither rule 4. It’s a irrespectful way to deal with shitsecs (everyday are worst)
I want to add, the lawyers (in-game) were busy with the case of abuse of power, witnessing the abuse, that’s the RP game. No reason at all to ban me for that ridiculous reason without context.
Acting disrespectful in character does not mean you are allowed to breach core rule 4, which disallows any sexual or shock content, which this falls under. This means no discussion of genitalia, irrespective of context, which this falls under. There are ways to be disrespectful without bringing up such topics, which noone wants to hear about here. Additionally remember that these servers are 16+ and minors do play here.

The only reason I underdstand is the fact is a +16 server. I’m sorry, didn’t know that, I expected a +18 server, that’s a valid point, a simple warning would work. But I think a perma ban for that is quite desproportionated in any kind of game, more if you use an non explicit word as “wiener”. Bad approach for admin side, bad approach for my side. I accept it.
Please reconsider a short term ban, or a warn as a measure. I understood the main reason (under age server).
Seems you had a two different set of rules spread on internet. I seen Wizards Den MRP Rules - HackMD rulesets, maybe that was the confusion. I googled “wizard core rules ss14” and was the first match. It was a missunderstanding.
The best source of information on the rules is the ingame guidebook (or the github, which is what i linked and is the same text) which will always be the most up to date, or the wiki here (make sure it is the wiki I linked, not the fandom one). These are the two sources we maintain officially, and any other source can’t be guaranteed to be accurate. Whilst I have already closed this appeal and thus won’t reconsider this specific one, you are free to appeal again at any point with your fresh understanding. I will also add that the reason we take this rule so seriously, with harsh consequences is due to the legal liabilities of maintaining a place minors can engage with.
