In general, can you bring up for discussion the question of removing china-lake from lon-ops uplink OR linking it to the current online?
And then you have to admit, a lon-ops with china for 15 online (of which God forbid there are 2 sec) on RP (and may not only) servers is very such a (bad) thing … and china is not to say that it is balanced

Sounds more like problem with loneops spawning at all at such low pop rather than access to chinalake.
There was instigators and borg boarders PR but both of therese aren’t exactly no-/lowpop friendly either should all ghost roles get taken. So its just WYCI moment or waiting till someone makes some lowpop boarder antags that could spawn instead of stronger events.
